While prices may be a bit higher this year due to inflation and supply chain issues, Kitty’s Flowers Sales Manager Shai Messer explains they still have options for every budget this Valentine’s Day. She spoke to 47ABC producer/reporter Javari Burnett about how the holiday impacts business.
“This is a really busy time of year for us. We do end up hiring a lot of seasonal drivers, lots of seasonal sale associates, our phone volume goes up,” Messer shared.
They have also gone above and beyond to make sure their selection is as bountiful as ever despite any challenges. “We know flowers are going to go up in cost, so we definitely try to accommodate everyone and provide options at every price point,” Messer continued.
As for the most popular selection? Roses continue to be the star of customers’ favorite bouquets. “It’s just one of those traditions that’s tried and true and it really does make peoples day,” Messer added.
That’s why Kitty’s Flowers continues to be both a leader in the industry and a customer favorite.
