Kitty Dennis opened a flower shop in 1950 so people would have something other than a box of powder to bring to patients in the hospital. Her solution? Little plants, which she sold out of a tiny shop set right next to the hospital. It was the beginning of something much grander.

Throughout the rest of the century, the shop would be operated by strong women - Kitty Dennis, Penny Bradford - and today it rests in the capable hands of Robin Gravenor and her brother, Wayne, the third generation. Together they manage five locations and a wholesale operation, providing florals and gifts of exceptional quality to the Salisbury community and beyond.

At its core, Kitty's Flowers is about relationships, the kind we have with our clients - some of whom we've seen from birth to prom to wedding - and the kind we help them maintain within their own families. The kind we have among our team of talented designers, terrific salespeople, and phenomenal support staff. The kind that grows over decades.
