We here at Kitty’s Flowers want to make all the administrative professionals feel supported come April 25, the day officially devoted to them. One way to do that is to honor them and all of their efforts by assessing the needs of their desktop area. After a long fall and winter, we’re guessing everybody’s workspaces could use a little pick-me-up, and that’s why we want to bring a little Desktop Awareness to your place of work. The initiative is simple: ensure that everybody has a little something green growing on their desks. Or bright pink.
There’s really nothing like a gathering of bright tulips to bring instant vitality to a room, is there? We love the leggy stunners because they compliment a high monitor beautifully and enliven that strange empty space on a desk or other work surface. Plus, their scale means everybody else in the immediate work area can enjoy them too.
A front office, where many of our administrators sit, can really benefit from a desktop plant. And the more variety, the better. Dishes or pots with a mix of greens introduce a lot of texture and interest to what can sometimes be a rather sterile area of any work place.
Happy Admin Prof Day to all of those industrious professionals out there!
